Exclusion List
The Casino Control Act (N.J.S.A. 5:12-71) provides for the establishment of a list of persons who are to be excluded or ejected from any licensed casino in New Jersey, such as career or professional offenders, cheats or criminal offenders.
The Casino Control Commission also maintains a "confidential" list for people with a gambling problem who voluntarily exclude themselves from gambling in all Atlantic City casinos. For information on Self-Exclusion and Problem Gambling
