How Can You Register?

to register online with a credit card.
- Each attendee must submit a separate registration form.
Combined payments are accepted.
- Payment must be included at the time of registration.
- Registration forms and payment should be mailed. Faxes or emails are not accepted.
- Mail registration must be postmarked by August 27, 2010 to be eligible for the early
registration rate. Standard registration (postmarked after August 27, 2010) will be $225 per person.
- On-site registration will be available. Cost is $250 per person.
- Cancellations must be made in writing. No cancellations after September 7, 2010.
