How Can You Register?

• Registration is available online. Please click the REGISTER ONLINE icon in the right sidebar to register online with a credit card. If you would prefer to print a registration form you can do so by clicking here.

• Each attendee must submit a separate registration form. Combined payments are accepted.

• Payment must be included at the time of registration.

• Registration forms and payment should be mailed.
  Faxes or emails are not accepted.

• Mail registration must be postmarked by August 29, 2008 to be eligible for the early bird rate.

• On-site registration will be available. Cost is $300 per person.

• Cancellations must be made in writing. No cancellations after September 5, 2008. All cancellations should be sent to Attn: Mary Miller.
