and Housing Authority Commissioners, this three-hour course provides
an overview of asset management as a business model in the multi-family
housing industry. HUD’s asset management mandate is explained, and the
decisions and actions that must be taken by public housing authorities to
comply with the requirements contained in 24 CFR 990 are discussed. Housing Authority staff are invited to attend, if space permits.
