Status of ARRA Project Reviews

In response to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, the DEP solicited projects last December. All projects submitted have been reviewed and ranked in accordance with the Act, EPA guidance and the Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund draft Intended Use Plans. These lists will be updated weekly to reflect the DEP's actions, based on its detailed review of project applications submitted by the March 17 deadline.
