Enrollment – This report shows monthly enrollment by year; it includes data reported by the Contracting Carrier, and was considered accurate at the time reported.
 

Contracting Carrier's Profit & Loss Reports – These reports show annual revenue and expenses, including investment loss; the information is based on the Contracting Carrier's reports, which were considered accurate at the time reported.

Revenue/Expenses/PMPM – This report shows premium and investment income(loss), medical claims expense, administrative expense, and costs per member per month. Clear delineation of premium and investment income(loss) is not stated for each reporting period, but rather, may be shown simply as revenue. The information is based on the Contracting Carrier's reports, which were considered accurate at the time reported.
 
Claims Expense/Medical Loss Ratio – This report only shows the paid claims (regardless of incurred), and the medical loss ratio by year. The information is based on the Contracting Carrier's reports, which were considered accurate at the time reported.
 
Audit Reports (of losses) – These are the reports of independent auditors evaluating the reported losses of the Contracting Carrier. Note that "loss" is defined in the statute and regulations.

Assessments – This report shows the amount assessed for the program. Assessments include Contracting Carrier losses, as well as expenses of the program, and may include adjustments made based on the audits, and changes in the reported market shares of carriers subject to the program assessment.
