On May 6, 2009, the commission approved Resolution No. 2009-2 amending  DRBC's fee schedule for the renewal of project approvals under Section 3.8 and Article 10 of the Delaware River Basin Compact. Resolution No. 2009-2 supersedes Resolution No. 2005-1 for all applications submitted after June 30, 2009.
