Property Assessment Management System (PAMS)

Latest News from PAMS

The timeline for the implementation of PAMS has been extended in order to ensure optimal performance of the functional and technical specifications of this feature-rich system and to allow testing over an expanded period of time. A new implementation schedule will be available soon on this web page and in the next issue of the PAMS newsletter.

The PAMS State/Assessor/Administrator/Collector/Vendor team has accomplished a great deal over the past 6 months:

  • Established a training program for PAMS trainers
  • Performed unit testing
  • Attended Technical training
  • Demonstrated PAMS CAMA at the NJACTB conference and League of Municipalities
  • Published the Client Workstation Requirements & Configuration document, Residential data collection worksheet, CAMA interface specifications, and the Appeals layout on the PAMS web page
  • Worked on Conversion/Interface activities
  • Provided the trainers with access to PAMS through the portal

These are just a few of the positive results of the project thus far. We have the utmost confidence that this extended schedule will result in a highly successful implementation of PAMS.
